1. Online course Access & Tutor Support is provided by Akbar HSE.
2. IOSH Course the eLearning Login is provided for a period of 6 Months.
3. NEBOSH Course the eLearning Login is provided for a period of 12 Months.
4. All communication should be written through email, no verbal communication accepted.
5. Cancellation: Your enrolment with Akbar HSE Training will only be effective if and when Akbar HSE Training sends to you its official enrolment receipt and Akbar HSE Training has received in full the Enrolment Fee and (if applicable) any other fee specified by it, You have seven days from the date of purchase to cancel Your course and request a refund, No refunds will be offered to You for part or fully completed courses, No refunds will be offered to You if any course material has been downloaded from Your qualification(s).
6. eLearning courses are studied on-line. Using our platform is simple and self-explanatory. You will be supported by online expert tutors and your course content is full of multimedia content, including: Study books (downloadable), student forums, mock examinations and videos, audio and online games. Certain parts of your course content can be downloaded for printing, watching and listening on the move.
7. You will have to complete all the 100% on-line Course and Assignments before we enroll you for the exam. We will not register you for the exam till you have completed the full course.
Refunds:
1. Your enrolment with Akbar HSE Training will only be effective if and when Akbar HSE Training sends to you its official enrolment receipt and Akbar HSE Training has received in full the Enrolment Fee and (if applicable) any other fee specified by it, You have seven days from the date of purchase to cancel Your course and request a refund, No refunds will be offered to You for part or fully completed courses, No refunds will be offered to You if any course material has been downloaded from Your qualification(s).
2. The learner can raise a refund request to us in writing via email. All refunds will be considered for valid reasons.You may cancel your participation in the course before the registration closing date the learner will be eligible for a full refund of the fees paid at the time of registration. Under no circumstances the fees will not be refunded any request raised after the registration closing date. (Get in touch with our course advisor for the registration closing date as it may differ for each course).
Special Instruction and Prior Requirement

1. The use of mobile phones is not allowed during the classes which can disrupt the class.
2. There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, which provides a useful introduction to health and safety. However good English background is required so that learners are able to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus in the language that the course delivery and assessment will be completed in.

Course Fees:
1. When you enroll for the course, you agree to pay the applicable fee as mention on our Website or Brochure or email. Full payment is required before the exam registration.
Payments:
1. When making payment for course fees, you must provide us with the bank reference number or transaction reference copy of the payment made to us. We will not be liable if we are unable to locate your payment on our bank statement, as a result, this will lead to the cancellation of your participation in the course.
2. You hereby acknowledge and provide consent to us to contact you in relation to any due payment by you. We may contact you over the telephone, email or text message or other means as determined by us.
Cancellations and Deferrals

Outstanding Payments:
1. If you do not settle your outstanding payments in accordance with agreed payment terms, we will not able to provide you with the Exam Entry Confirmation / Results.We will not able to issue your Final Certificate unless all the outstanding payments are cleared in full.
Deferral:
1. If you wish to defer your participation to the next schedule, you need to give us in writing or via email before the registration closing date for that course.The deferral will be accepted only one time to the next available schedule. We do not guarantee the date for future schedules, you do so at your own discretion.

Termination

Verbal or Physical Abuse
